Consent to data processing

The site visitor's consent to the processing of personal data.

I hereby, acting freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, give my consent to the limited liability company EdMed Educational and Consulting Center (UKC EdMed LLC), OGRN 1167847071050, TIN 7802561500, legal address: 194044, St. Petersburg, Pirogovskaya nab., 5/2, lit. A, room 1-N (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), for the processing of my personal data in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".

1. Composition of personal data processed

Last name, first name, patronymic; contact phone number; e-mail address; city and place of work / study (when filling out the registration forms); other information voluntarily provided by me in the feedback forms.

2. Cookies and Yandex.Metrica

The site uses the Yandex.Metrica Internet statistics service (without the Session Replay component: there is no recording or viewing of user actions on the pages). When visiting the site, anonymized data is automatically collected: IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, traffic source, pages visited, duration of the visit; cookies and Yandex.Metrica technologies are also used. The goals are to maintain statistics on attendance and user behavior, analyze the site's performance and improve it.

3. Processing purposes

  • informing about events, courses, internships, and Operator services;

  • registration for events, registration and execution of contracts for the provision of educational services;

  • issuance of certificates confirming participation in educational events;

  • consulting on the provision of services, feedback;

  • maintaining session statistics and improving website performance using Yandex.Metrica (without Session Replay).

4. List of actions with personal data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data. The processing is carried out both with and without automation tools.

5. Procedure for transfer to third parties

Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Depersonalized statistical data from Yandex.Metrica is processed in accordance with the terms of the Yandex.Metrica service.

6. Disabling cookies

I have the right to prohibit the storage of cookies in my browser settings. In this case, some functions of the website may not work correctly.

7. Duration of consent

The consent is valid from the moment it is provided until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is revoked.

8. Rights of the personal data subject

I have the right to revoke this consent by sending a written notification to the Operator at the address: 194044, St. Petersburg, Pirogovskaya nab., 5/2, lit. A, room 1-N, or by e-mail edu@edmed.ru . Revocation of consent terminates the processing of personal data, except in cases provided for by law. I also have the right to request information about the processing of my personal data, to request their clarification, blocking or destruction.
